Hi, Farmer Dean here. I’m on to let you know about bullion cubes. Nothing ticks me off more when I see a recipe that says use bullion cubes in it. Because I’m going to tell you something. It’s anything but chicken or beef or vegetable.
If you look at this, the first ingredient is salt. The second one is MSG. Read the labels, people. I’m telling you, this stuff is unbelievable.
There’s a great alternative to this. And the alternative is to use organic chicken stock or make your own. It’s simple to make your own. I’m going to do a video on making your own chicken broth. It’s so simple. It’s so quick. It’s unbelievable.
If you don’t have time, and I do this a lot, I buy good organic chicken broth. It will taste great. It’ll make your soups good. It’ll make anything that they tell you to use a bullion cube in. Use your broth.
