So I’m going to make my cauliflower parmesan cheese cauliflower. And the first thing we’re going to do is we’re going to take the cauliflower and put it in boiling water for about three to four minutes. I just want to get it parboiled enough to get it softened so it doesn’t take so long to put it in the oven to finish off.
So what I’ve done is I’ve flipped it upside down and the reason is because it wants to float and this way it’ll cook everything. We’re going to bring it back up to a boil here. So I put it on my water and I want to get it dry so I’m just going to pick up all the water for it.
I have a cup of mayo in here and I’m going to put about a cup of parmesan cheese, stir it up together. I’m just going to coat it good. So I’ve got this all covered with the parmesan and also the mayonnaise. I’m going to stick it in the oven at 375 for about, I’m going to check it in 20 minutes because I don’t overcook cauliflower.
Okay so I’m going to take this out of the oven, it’s done now. Don’t overcook your cauliflower. It’s just about perfect, it’s al dente if you want to say that.
