We’re just going to cut off each one of the ends very quickly here. I got my trusted mandolin. We’re going to do some cutting here. What we’re going to do is fill these jars up.
We’re going to put a couple of garlics in there.
Half a cup of vinegar.
Now you’ll notice that the vinegar is way down here. Well, guess what? By tomorrow, you’ll see that I’ll have all sorts of juice in it because all that water is going to be sucked out. And then you just shake it around a few times.
Oh, forgot one of the most important ingredients, my dill. Without dill, where would I be? Wouldn’t be dill pickles. It’d be just pickles. There we go. These have been sitting in the fridge for two days. OMG is that good.
