I’m Dean here and this is another one of my bullshit alerts. It really ticks me off when I go to the store and I go to get something and it’s not what it’s supposed to be.
I went to the store the other day to get brown sugar, right? Brown sugar should be cane sugar. That’s what it should be made out of. Right? So I decided to get the cheaper brand then I looked at the package on it and you can see it’s sugar and molasses. That’s not brown sugar. Why is it sugar and molasses? It’s because they use sugar beets which are much cheaper and then they add molasses to it.
If you’re going to have brown sugar, get brown sugar. It should be cane sugar.
