Farmer Dean here. And how do we know it’s truly spring? Is it because the daffodils are coming up? Is it because the grass is turning green? Nope. Is it because all the perennial weeds are turning green? Nope. Strawberries are turning green, and that’s one of the reasons why I know it’s spring.
